About Us

It all started in 2021 when we were faced with lockdown after lockdown in Melbourne, Victoria. I decided to take out my trusty Cricut machine and personalise my children's belongings. I love all things personalised and after two children all I wanted to do was personalise all their clothing. This hobby turned into our small family business. This is how Lil Chooch was created. 

So a little bit about me, I'm Mary, mum of two little chooch's Billi and Hendrix. I work fulltime in childcare so doing Lil Chooch Design is something I do at night when the children are asleep. Working full time as a Centre Director and playing the mum card, does get extremely busy but I always make time to create beautiful pieces as this is what I love to do. My dream would be to do this fulltime but until we get a little more busier I will need to stick to my day job. Having 2 little supervisors (Billi and Hendrix) at Lil Chooch HQ, it can be tough, they are in everything so creating your personalised products is a job for when they're asleep. My hubby of 10 years helps in any way he can, from watching the children to picking up supplies or post office runs.
